About RefurbGuys

RefurbGuys exists to give commercial property owners, landlords, occupiers and property professionals a straightforward route to refurbishment works — without assembling and managing a list of separate trades themselves.

What we do

RefurbGuys coordinates commercial refurbishment requirements and the suitable specialist works each project needs. That means establishing the scope, arranging the right trades, sequencing them in a workable order and giving the client one point of contact throughout.

The commercial market is different from domestic work. Buildings stay operational, leases impose fixed dates, landlords require consents, and the cost of disruption frequently exceeds the cost of the works. The way a project is planned matters as much as how it is built.

How we work

  • Scope established from survey, not from a standard package
  • Written schedules of works so costs can be reviewed line by line
  • Programmes built around occupation, access and fixed dates
  • Specialist works arranged through appropriate trades
  • One point of contact for progress, variations and site matters
  • Clear handover so premises are ready to occupy, hand back or market

What we are careful not to claim

RefurbGuys is a new business and presents itself as one. We do not publish invented statistics, fabricated project histories, borrowed client logos or accreditations we do not hold.

We do not employ every specialist trade directly; works are arranged through suitable specialists. We do not present ourselves as chartered surveyors and do not give legal advice on lease or dilapidations matters. Where a project requires a Principal Contractor appointment, structural design or licensed asbestos removal, those responsibilities are placed with appropriately qualified parties and confirmed in writing for the project concerned.

Trust should come from clarity — a scope you can read, a price you can interrogate and a programme that holds. That is what this business is being built on.
